Remote US-Based Corporate Travel Agent – West Coast Hours

We’re looking for an experienced Corporate Travel Agent to join our team supporting our client's travellers.

This is a Monday–Friday role working US West Coast hours, with coverage required on some public holidays. Where a public holiday is worked, a floating day will be provided.

This isn't simply a booking role. We're looking for someone who takes ownership, thinks on their feet and genuinely enjoys solving problems for travellers.

The Agent We’re Looking For

• 7+ years' experience within the corporate travel industry
\n
• Strong Sabre knowledge – essential
\n
• Amadeus experience is an added advantage
\n
• Experience supporting VIP and high-touch corporate travellers
\n
• Excellent knowledge of air, hotel and car reservations, including complex itineraries, exchanges, reissues and schedule changes
\n
• Strong problem-solving skills and the confidence to handle complex or disrupted travel
\n
• A genuine sense of ownership – seeing a traveller's request through from start to finish rather than simply completing one part of the task
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
\n
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality and accuracy
\n
• Ability to work confidently across multiple systems and adapt quickly to new technology and processes
\n
• Positive, energetic and solutions-focused approach
\n
• Calm and professional when dealing with urgent or high-pressure situations
\n
• A genuine passion for customer service and delivering a personalised, VIP-level experience to every traveller
\n

What Good Looks Like

Our agents don't just process travel requests – they own the traveller's experience.

That means understanding what the traveller actually needs, anticipating potential issues, communicating clearly, finding solutions when things don't go to plan, and staying with the request until it is genuinely resolved.

We're looking for someone who naturally thinks: “What can I do to solve this for the traveller?”
