Job Description

BUILD A CAREER—NOT JUST ANOTHER RESTAURANT JOB

At Lone Star Golf, we do not simply hire servers. We develop hospitality professionals.

Our service team is known as Caddies because, like the best golf caddies, they anticipate needs, build relationships, solve problems, and guide the guest experience from arrival through departure.

If you genuinely enjoy taking care of people and want to grow in an environment that values coaching, teamwork, and professionalism, we'd love to meet you.

No golf experience? No problem. We hire for hospitality, attitude, and character—we'll teach you the rest.

ABOUT LONE STAR GOLF

Lone Star Golf combines state-of-the-art Trackman golf simulators, a chef-driven kitchen, handcrafted cocktails, and exceptional hospitality.

Guests visit us for golf, outstanding food, celebrations, business meetings, leagues, corporate events, and time with friends and family. Our mission is simple: create an experience guests cannot wait to come back to.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As a Caddie, you will own the guest experience from arrival through departure. You will:

• Welcome every guest with warmth and professionalism.
• Explain the golf experience, menu, and venue confidently.
• Recommend food, beverages, memberships, leagues, and special events naturally.
• Deliver food and beverages accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor your assigned golf bays and dining area throughout every visit.
• Keep guest areas clean, organized, safe, and presentation-ready.
• Anticipate guest needs before they ask.
• Communicate proactively with bartenders, kitchen staff, and managers.
• Resolve guest concerns confidently and involve management whenever appropriate.
• Help create memorable experiences every shift.

YOU WILL THRIVE HERE IF YOU

• Enjoy serving people.
• Notice details others miss.
• Stay composed during busy service.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully.
• Accept coaching and continuously improve.
• Support teammates without being asked.
• Take pride in your appearance and professionalism.
• Take ownership of the guest experience.

Previous hospitality experience is helpful, but character, reliability, work ethic, and a genuine desire to serve others matter most.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

Successful Caddies consistently:

• Build genuine relationships with guests.
• Anticipate guest needs before being asked.
• Deliver food and beverages accurately and efficiently.
• Recommend menu items and premium experiences naturally.
• Maintain clean, organized golf bays and service stations.
• Work as one team with the kitchen, bar, and management.
• Create memorable experiences that keep guests coming back.

WHAT WE OFFER

• Competitive wage with tips
• Annual performance bonus
• Company profit-sharing plan
• Flexible scheduling
• Full-time and part-time opportunities
• Hospitality and golf training
• Structured professional development
• Ongoing coaching from experienced hospitality leaders
• Advancement opportunities
• A premium, team-oriented work environment

YOUR CAREER PATH

• Bartender
• Certified Trainer
• Floor Manager
• Customer Experience Manager (CEM)
• Operations Leadership

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Restaurant, hotel, club, or hospitality experience preferred.
