General skills to resolve problems requiring the use of child development theory, professional child life principles, and experienced‑based knowledge. Well-developed writing skills, and excellent communication skills including conflict resolution to effectively work as a team member.
Licensure/ Certifications: Certification in Child Life Specialist required within 1 year of hire for all new hires.
